Marcus Rashford’s first-half double gave Manchester United a crucial 2-1 victory over rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford, moving them 5 points clear above Liverpool.

A first Everton goal from Cenk Tosun and a own goal by brighton Gaetan Bong made it 2 goals for Everton.

Huddersfield 0-0 Swansea
Swansea produced a brilliant defensive performance to claim a point at Huddersfield despite playing 79 minutes of the 0-0 draw with 10 men.

Newcastle 3-0 Southampton
A crucial win sees Newcastle move up to 13th in the league, five points clear of the relegation zone but defeat leaves Southampton close to the drop zone in 17th, one point ahead of Crystal Palace and Stoke having played a game more.

West Brom 1-4 Leicester
Want away playmaker Riyad Mahrez turned in a man of the match performance as Leicester beat West Brom at home. He was at the heart of their attacking play, pulling the strings from deep in midfield and helped the Foxes control the match with pinpoint crosses and defence-splitting passes.
Mahrez walked off to a standing ovation from the travelling Leicester fans.

West Ham 0-3 Burnley
Burnley had not had a shot on target until the 66th minute when Barnes smashed in the visitors’ opener before Wood tapped in a second (70) and capitalised on Joe Hart’s error for their third (81).

The result puts Burnley three points clear in seventh and places further pressure on sixth-placed Arsenal. West Ham, meanwhile, drop down to 16th after their third successive defeat.

Chelsea 2-1 Crystal Palace
Chelsea bounced back to winning ways having lost to both Manchester Clubs in their last two matches. A goal from Willian and a Martin Kelly own-goal gave them a 2 goal first half lead, but Crystal Palace were able to pull one back on the 90th minute, but it was already to late to upturn the result.

Arsenal 3-0 Watford
Arsenal continued their impressive display by dispatching Watford with relative ease. Arsene wenger has come under a lot of pressure due to few bad results going his way, but victory over AC Milan away in Italy and a home Win over Watford will reduce the pressure.

Bournemouth 1-4 Tottenham
Heung-Min Son scored twice as Tottenham came from behind to beat Bournemouth 4-1 in the Premier League, and move ahead of Liverpool to 3rd spot on the league and 4 points away from Manchester United who are currently 2nd but Harry Kane suffered an ankle injury.

Two goals from either half from David Silva saw them ease past Stoke City, and move them closer to the title.
