Manchester City got back to winning ways with a 2-1 win at Bournemouth, thanks to goals from Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling
After falling behind to an excellent Charlie Daniels strike in the 13th minute, Manchester City created the better opportunities.
And they were level on 21 minutes when Gabriel Jesus got on the end of David Silva’s precise through ball to beat Asmir Begovic.
The Brazilian striker almost added a second from Benjamin Mendy’s cross but he couldn’t direct his effort on target.
In the second half Nicolas Otamendi headed against Bournemouth’s post and David Silva and substitute Sergio Aguero went close as Manchester City searched for a winner, while Josh King hit the post for Bournemouth.
But deep into 5mins added time Sterling struck from close range at the 7minute to grab what seemed an unlikely victory.
The England international was then sent off for going into the crowd to celebrate his goal.
